Graduate Junior Discretionary Trader - Dublin
We are looking for entrepreneurial and highly motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on trading experience through our mentorship program. As a Junior Discretionary Trader in our program, you will have customized training and daily guidance from our most profitable discretionary traders to learn the intricacies of the futures markets and how to capitalize on them. At the end of the mentorship program, you will be able to successfully capture edge while leveraging our low latency proprietary platform and trading tools.

The Role:
- Trade your own account within a global team of talented individual traders.

- Perseverance: The ability to persist through losses and setbacks is essential. Traders must continually refine their strategies and learn from their mistakes.
