Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategy Lead to connect marketing strategy with platform capabilities.

You will understand the operational needs and growth challenges of performance marketing teams, translate them into scalable platform workflows and optimisation capabilities, and use data and experimentation to improve marketing outcomes. You will contribute to the continuous development of the cross-platform automation platform while identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and marketing efficiency.

As the platform evolves, you will help transform marketing strategies and operating practices into repeatable, automated and scalable capabilities across Southeast Asia. You will report to the Performance Marketing Lead, SEA and work with regional and local stakeholders across marketing, product, engineering and data.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop performance marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and marketing efficiency across Southeast Asian markets.
• Understand the workflows, challenges processes of marketing teams, and identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and scale.
• Translate marketing needs into platform requirements, user workflows, optimisation logic, data requirements, operating processes and quality controls.
• Partner with product, engineering, data and marketing teams to deliver, test, launch and continuously improve the cross-platform marketing automation platform.
• Analyse campaign and platform performance to identify issues and opportunities across channels, audiences, creative, measurement and operational processes.
• Design and lead growth, measurement, creative and automation experiments, and convert validated learnings into repeatable strategies, playbooks and platform capabilities.
• Explore the use of generative artificial intelligence and emerging technologies in marketing research, analysis, creative development, campaign optimisation and operational automation.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, user growth or marketing technology.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, markets or customer segments.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, advertising technology, campaign management tools or related systems.
• Ability to translate complex business and marketing processes into clear requirements, workflows, rules, product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, with experience forming hypotheses, designing experiments and using results to improve strategies or systems.
• Experience working across marketing, product, engineering and data teams to deliver initiatives from problem definition through testing and iteration.
• Experience using and developing marketing automation platforms to manage drip and email nurture campaigns.
