Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.
ProgrammeDescription
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a10-weekin-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
Job Description
Blackstone’s Private Wealth Summer Analyst program is a unique experience among financial firms, enabling analysts to gain exposure to all aspects ofprivate wealthbusiness. TheSummer Analyst role is focused on supporting several areas ofBlackstonePrivate Wealthin capacities ranging from fund development,marketing,capital raising to product management, clientservicingand business analytics.
Summer Analyst work may include:
Supporting our client management teams with fund due diligence, onboarding, marketintelligenceand fundraising
Analyzing business/market trends andprovidingtargeted prospecting guidance to sales and service teams
Collaborating across various Blackstone business units to drive and support Private Wealth initiatives and activities
Presenting projects, analysis, and key insights to senior management
Qualifications
Blackstoneseeksto hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have soundjudgmentand havedemonstratedexcellence in prior endeavors.
The successful candidate mustpossess:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles
A basic knowledge of accounting and finance
Self-motivation to find solutions independently, and humility to acknowledge limits and uncertainties
Sincere commitment to professional development
Excellent attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity
Good judgement
To be considered for the 2027Summer AnalystProgramme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student
Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
