The Protiviti Americas Delivery Center is seeking aSenior Analystto join ourcontrols competency. Embracing Protiviti’s vision of “Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World,”theAmericas Delivery Center (ADC) provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.

What You Can Expect

As part of Protiviti’sADC team, our delivery center staff will collaborate and execute tasks for the project assigned to them in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings – Technology, Risk and Compliance, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, and Business Performance Improvement. The site capabilities may include research, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs. 

As a Senior Analyst, you may be a mentor, trainer, and coach to others as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.You’llidentifyareas of risk and opportunities to increase operational efficiency.You’llstrengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with project teams and ADC personnel. At the direction of Pod Leads, you may also acceptadditionalresponsibilities and decision-making in areas relevant to your competency and scope of work.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Demonstratedexperience with: 

• Areas of internal audit controls testing,SOX (Sarbanes Oxley)compliance, financial advisory, etc. 

• Conducting testing/auditing of complex businessprocessesandITinternal controls, performing data migrations and data analyses, andassistingin development and testing of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. 

• Developing an understanding of business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and the client’s business in a variety of industries. 

• Contributing to a high-quality delivery of project requirements and service levels throughout the project life cycle including: 

• Attending andparticipatingin project or team meetings, including kickoff, and closing meetings. 

• Preparing status reports (summarizing work performed) including outlining key accomplishments, detailed findings and result dashboards, items for discussion, and next steps. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with many cross functional teams and stakeholders.  

• Mentoringothersbydemonstratingthe attributes of excellent client service, technical, and professional knowledge.  

• Reviewingothersproject work for quality and accuracy andprovidingvaluable feedback on areas of improvement. 

• Supporting innovation activities byprovidinginternal recommendations related to improving the way we deliver services to clients (through automation, increased standardization etc.) 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience. 

• 3+years working in internal audit, assurance services, or related fields, either in professional services or industry.  

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred experience using Adobe.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you willbe requiredto work from the Americas Delivery Center in our Blue Ash, OH location and/or from a remote location such as your residence. Dependent on the engagement or project parameters, you maybe requiredto work onsite at the ADC up to 100% of the time.Generally, itis expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.
