顧客のAI/Agentic Enterprise時代を見据えた大規模な変革プロジェクトのあるべき姿やプロジェクトアプローチを策定し、また自らそのプロジェクトの実行を推進・リードすることにより、顧客とその変革プロジェクトを成功に導くために重要な役割を果たします。 大きく2つの役割があります。

顧客へのプロジェクト提案 アカウントパートナー（サービスセールス担当者）と連携して、SalesforceのProfessional Servicesによる自律型AI（Agentic AI）ソリューションやコンサルティングプロジェクト、インプリメンテーションプロジェクト等の提案を行い、受注前および受注後の提案活動を主導します。 特にプロジェクト提案にあたって、顧客の課題、Agentic Enterprise化に向けた変革プロジェクトの目的からAIと人が共創する最適なプロジェクトアプローチを策定すること、必要なサービスリソースやAI領域の専門知識を特定するために、アカウントパートナーだけでなく組織全体の他の専門領域のメンバーと協力することが求められます。 プロジェクト成功に導くリーダーシップ プロジェクト受注後にインダストリーまたはデリバリーのエキスパートとしてプロジェクト全体を推進、または支援し、プロジェクトを成功させること、最終的に顧客の持続的な価値創出に導くことに責任を持ちます。 顧客のエグゼクティブとの関係を構築・維持すること、プロアクティブにプロジェクトの品質やAIによる変革効果を高めること、また組織全体のAIアーキテクトや専門領域のメンバーと協力することで必要な知見等をプロジェクトにもたらすよう働きかけることが求められます。

このポジションの魅力
主に金融領域（銀行・証券・保険および関連事業等）を中心とした顧客に対するAI主導の業務変革を含むコンサルティングビジネスの拡大に貢献いただきます。 このロールでは、組織の関係者と協業しながら、顧客との関係性をどう構築するのか、SalesforceのProfessional ServicesをどうSellingするのかを裁量を持って働くことができます。 AIや最先端テクノロジーを取り入れた戦略的で自由な発想を活かし、Agentic Enterprise時代を牽引する次のSalesforce Servicesのビジネスを作り上げる意欲のある方を採用したいと考えています。

Responsibilities

• 顧客固有のAI・テクノロジー実装提案、SOW、人員配置計画の策定を主導し、組織全体の他の専門領域メンバと協力して、受け入れ可能な提案について合意形成を図ります。
• アカウントセールスおよびサービスセールスと緊密に連携して、スコーピング、AI活用を含むソリューション作成、SOW作成、プロジェクト人員配置などのプリセールス活動に責任を持ちます。
• プロフェッショナルサービスチームに、提案されたソリューションと顧客ニーズ、並びに最新のAI領域に関係する専門家としての知見を提供し、プロジェクトを確実に成功させます。
• カスタマーサクセスに適切かつ必要な場合は、エンゲージメントのライフサイクル全体にわたってプロジェクトチームを直接リード、または支援し、業務成果の最大化とプロジェクトの成功に貢献します。
• プロジェクトチームと連携し、アカウントチームおよびデリバリーチームの両方へのエスカレーションポイントとして機能します。
• 複数の戦略的顧客を同時にマネジメントし、新しい潜在顧客のリファレンスになりそうなプロジェクトを意図的に構築・実行することで、ビジネス拡大に貢献します。
• 重要なエスカレーションやリスクのあるアカウントに対して、AI導入に伴うリスクや変革課題を含め、将来を見越したリスクの軽減やマネジメントをします。
• 社内外のリーダーや幹部と効果的、且つ適切にコミュニケーションします。

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 10年以上のコンサルティングサービスのデリバリー経験、または同等以上の事業会社での経験（グループITの内製化組織の立ち上げ、実行、マネジメント、事業会社内部での変革プロジェクト・DXおよびAI変革（AX）プロジェクト等の遂行等）
• 実務経験に裏付けられた業務コンサルティング、または、AI・Agent基盤を含むIT技術やアプリケーション機能、プロジェクトマネジメントに対する知識・経験（Agentic Enterpriseへのトランスフォーメーションの企画、AIを活用した業務プロセスの再構築（BPR）、ソリューション作成、実装方法論やロードマップの策定等）
• 金融業界のビジネスやテクノロジー（生成AI・自動化技術の活用含む）に関与した経験
• 保険業界の知識・経験があれば優遇します
• アーキテクトやAIなど各種専門領域メンバーと効果的に協業し、プリセールス活動やプロジェクトデリバリーを推進するリーダーシップ能力
• エグゼクティブレベルでの文書および口頭での高いコミュニケーションスキル、分析および問題解決の能力
• 学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可
