Trail Architect はSalesforce製品導入プロジェクトを支援するコンサルタントです。お客様が直面するビジネス上の課題や目的を理解した上で、当社のベストプラクティスに基づいた包括的なソリューション設計を行います。お客様の要望に応じて、以下2つの形式でプロジェクトに参画します。
・アドバイザーとしてお客様・パートナー様主体のSalesforce構築プロジェクトの支援
・プライムコントラクターとしてSalesforce構築プロジェクトの遂行

業務内容

・お客様の成功にフォーカスし、お客様の戦略を理解した上でプロジェクトを推進する

・当社のBestPractice（標準機能、各種ナレッジ）に基づき、広い視野と長期的な視点でお客様のビジネスを中心に捉えながら、お客様やパートナー様と共にビジネスニーズに最適なソリューションを提供する
・お客様のニーズ・ビジネスに適合するソリューションの実現方針を決定づけ、アプリリードとして開発を牽引し、高い品質の成果物を提供することに責任を持つ。計画策定、要件分析、Fit＆Gapアセスメント、開発、テストまでシステム導入フェーズを幅広く担当する
・機能もしくは技術面に関する設計レビュー、プロジェクト実装ガイダンスと導入のベストプラクティス提供、既存アプリケーション設定や健全性評価など、当社アプリケーションの導入または最適化に関するアドバイスをお客様ニーズに基いて実施する
・案件の種類を問わず、必要に応じた粒度で作業計画（WBS）の作成や進捗管理を含むプロジェクト管理を行い、高いデリバリ品質を実現する
・プロジェクトの枠を超え、当社製品の専門家としてお客様の様々な課題に対し実現性と実効性のある提案を行い、場合によってはお客様の革新を成功させるための要点を示す
・当社が日本含めたGlobalで保持するベストプラクティスを学び、活用し、かつ自己の経験に基づいたナレッジの蓄積にも貢献する
・当社製品の年3回のアップデートをはじめとする最新技術の素早いキャッチアップとお客様のプロジェクト支援を並行して実施する
・お客様やビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーションを密接に行い、信頼の獲得および期待値の管理を行う
・プロジェクトマネージャ、ビジネスアーキテクト、テクニカルアーキテクトなど他のロールのメンバと協働し、チームとして成果を出す

Trail Architectは、クロスクラウドや最新の製品などの活用を前提とした難易度の高いプロジェクトに対して参画します。計画の策定から構築、テストまで幅広い領域でベストプラクティス・標準機能を活用したソリューションを提供・支援し、お客様のビジネスおよびデジタルトランスフォーメーションを成功に導きます。
業務の遂行において、Globalの知見・ナレッジに容易にアクセスし、かつ過去10年以上のDelivery経験により蓄積されたアセットやオファリングも活用することが可能なため、一流の当社製品のコンサルタントして成長することができます。
また、自社プライマリーの導入案件やお客様・パートナー向けのアドバイザリ案件何れにも参画可能なため、社員一人ひとりのスキルやキャリア志向に基づき、成長の機会を得ることができます。

必須経験/必要スキル
・4年以上の一般的なエンタープライズソフトウェアソリューション（CRM、ERPなど）に関する技術実装を含むソリューション設計/システム開発経験
・ITシステム開発プロジェクトへの参画経験。プロジェクト遂行に必要なタスクの洗い出しと遂行
・ウォーターフォール及び/またはアジャイル方法論における実装経験
・論理的思考、課題解決等のコンサルティングスキル
・自身の意見やソリューションを論理的かつ的確に伝えることができるドキュメンテーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力
・指示を待たずとも自発的、能動的に仕事ができる能力
・常に学習を続けられ、謙虚に学ぶことができる。学んだことをすぐに実践し、ご自身でさらに改善できる

望ましい経験/スキル
・Salesforce 認定アドミニストレーター資格を保有し、Salesforceアプリケーションに関する技術者もしくは管理者としての経験
・コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングまたは関連分野での学士号
・お客様現状業務、現行システムの理解に基づき、製品標準機能や社内BestPractice、類似システムをベースとした仮説ToBe業務やシステムを定義した経験
・自身で検討したソリューションの導入について施策化とロードマップを作成し、プロジェクト化を支援・推進した経験
・お客様や自社内の部門に対しての当社製品導入支援を実施した経験
・クラウドソリューションを用いた導入・コンサルティング経験
・コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
・ベストプラクティスやリファレンスアーキテクチャーを使いこなしてお客様のTOBEモデルを構築した経験
・文章や口頭でのコミュニケーション時に英語を活用
・入社後最初の3ヶ月間に 次の6つの認定取得することのできる学習力

　Salesforce 認定 Platform アプリケーションビルダー
　Salesforce 認定 Sales Cloud コンサルタント
