About the Role

As a Solutions Product Manager, you will partner across Product, Engineering, Agentic Process Consultants and Customer Success to transform complex business challenges into scalable product solutions. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and simplification, and create solution blueprints that accelerate business value. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, thinks in systems and workflows, and embraces AI as a tool to improve the way they work.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification.

• Design future-state workflows and create scalable solution blueprints.

• Translate business requirements into practical product and technology solutions.

• Partner cross-functionally to prioritize, build, and deliver solutions.

• Use AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, ideation, and solution validation.

• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve processes and solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Technical Consulting, Product Management or a related role.

• Experience designing or implementing workflow automation, operational improvements, or process transformation initiatives.

• Experience analyzing and improving complex business processes and designing scalable workflow solutions.

• Experience working with enterprise software platforms, APIs, or systems integrations.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills using metrics, reporting, 

• Experience partnering across cross-functional teams 

• experimentation, or business insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documenting business requirements, workflows, solution designs, or implementation plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) 

• Experience in complex enterprise environments such as Financial Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, or Enterprise Software.

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar.
