Business Executive Administrator - Corporate Security

About this role:

Business Execution:  This role is responsible for daily monitoring of incoming phone calls and troubleshooting of electronic security equipment, opening Corrigo tickets, partnering with vendors and internal teams to restore service quickly, and ensuring accurate documentation through resolution. This role triages issues across DVR/NVR, cameras, and VMS environments, coordinates service dispatch and follow-ups, and produces recurring operational reports to track performance, aging, and risk. This role is highly engaged in projects, from decommissioning of equipment, installation of equipment, refurbs, ATM upgrades, etc. 

In this role, you will:

• Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
• Receive direction from supervisors
• Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
• Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and MS Teams)
• Call center experience
• High volume technical help desk experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Verint or another commercial video management system
• Ability to work independently

Job Expectations:

• This role is highly engaged in projects, from decommissioning of equipment, installation of equipment, refurbs, ATM upgrades, etc.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday /Saturday Rotation schedule.
• Ability to work the hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week
• Flexible with schedule
• Overtime Availability may be mandatory if deemed necessary for the support of the line of business
• Position does not provide VISA sponsorship
• Position may be removed early due to candidate volume

Schedule: 1pm -10pm to include shift incentive. Saturday rotation of 9am-6pm

Salary: $27hr + Shift Differential. Full Benefits
