The work:

As a Process Architect, you are responsible for shaping how Relationship Management capabilities are delivered through processes, technology, data, and user experiences. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you work closely with Account Teams, Offering Leads, Advisors, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions that drive adoption, efficiency, and business value.

You are accountable for evolving relationship management tools, workflows, and methodologies, ensuring they are intuitive, integrated, and aligned with the needs of our practitioners. While Offering Leads and Advisors define the strategy and business outcomes (the "Why" and "What"), you design and operationalize the "How".

You will

• Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive the adoption, optimization, and evolution of relationship management tools, including Salesforce and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with Account Teams, Sales Excellence, and Relationship Management leaders to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and optimize end-to-end practitioner workflows that simplify work and improve user experience.
• Develop business cases, success measures, and adoption strategies for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on how technology, data, and processes can strengthen client relationship management.
• Collaborate with Architecture, CIO, Analytics, Sales Operations, and Change Management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and translate requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
• Create dashboards, insights, and measurement frameworks that drive informed decision-making and business outcomes.
• Develop training materials, facilitate workshops, and enable practitioners to maximize value from available tools and processes.
• Lead or support the launch and integration of new capabilities across Relationship Management and Sales Excellence.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices to improve effectiveness and user adoption.
• Partner with internal and external technology providers to explore, design, and implement innovative solutions.

Here’s what you need:

• Excellent project management skills, ability to work independently, propose solutions to problems, and implement feedback
• Passion for new technology, tools and innovation to evolve ways of working
• Strong experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (xls specifically), and other relationship centric tools
• Experience with writing GenAI prompts and confidence to fail and iterate
• An open mind to learn, collaborate, jump into projects, and train others for wide-scale adoption
• Passion for analytics, insight and data driven results and Impact
• Proven track record of operational program management in a fast-moving, agile environment
• Experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of application development lifecycle
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Strong English language fluency (oral and written) - for clear communication and conducting training in English
• Comfortable working with and adding value to all levels of the organization, including leadership. 

Extra credit if you have:

• Sales enablement-related background
• Demonstrated experience working in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail

• Ability to adjust working hours as needed to collaborate effectively within a global organization while maintaining balance.
• Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
