Guidewire Policy/Claims/BillingCenter Business Analyst (She/He/They)

We are expanding our Guidewire practice and looking for experienced professionals across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Integration domains.

Whether your expertise is in business analysis, solution design, architecture or implementation, you will have an opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes for leading insurance carriers across Europe.

THE WORK: 

• Participate in large-scale Guidewire transformation programmes for leading insurance carriers across Europe.
• Support business and technology teams in the delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and Integration solutions.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive business process transformation and modernization initiatives within core insurance systems.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.  

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter solution

• Or other experience related to IT systems implementation including systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation 

• Experience as Business Analyst or Tester. 

• Strong communicator with fluency in English.  

• Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.  
• Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Knowledge and certification in any Insurance Platform like Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS etc.  

• Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.
