The Work
As a Strategy Manager, you are at the very heart of our business. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a core member of our growing Strategy team, working side by side with clients on their most complex problems. The position offers an excellent career opportunity for highly motivated consulting professionals. As a leader in our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders.
Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative way.
Coach and mentor others.
Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges.
Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategy consulting.
Track record of leading and managing high performing teams.
Strong strategy technical skills – qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, industry or functional experience.
First class written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic records. Master’s degree preferred.
