Summary:
As a Risk and Compliance Representative, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of services by ensuring quality standards and managing potential risks effectively. The role includes fostering a culture of compliance by promoting awareness of relevant policies and procedures. This position requires active engagement with various teams to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines, contributing to a secure and efficient operational environment. The individual will continuously monitor processes to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of best practices across the service delivery framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance compliance awareness and risk mitigation strategies within the organization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management practices with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify potential compliance gaps.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements across teams.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to support risk and compliance objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
