We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Settlement Senior Analyst – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10 ) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’re expected to:
Provide timely and accurate delivery of transaction processing for custody settlement to fulfill its internal and external obligations
Provide prompt and professional advice to regional branches to ensure smooth operations
Participate in new release and client testing to ensure seamless transition.
Initiate and streamline process relating to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements.
Close monitoring of processing activities and system performance to ensure smooth operations to prevent settlement
Experience in custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions
Re-engineer processes with the aim of streamlining operations and increase efficiencies
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
2-3 years of experience in Custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions
Knowledge on Settlement process & system
Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays.
Ability to work on rotating or shifting schedule.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
