ETIC, SAP Data Migration, Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate end-to-end data migration activities as part of SAP implementation (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Develop and execute the data migration strategy, plans, and timelines.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems to SAP.
• Master key SAP data migration tools including LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM, SAP Migration Cockpit, and SAP Data Services. Provide hands-on training, support, and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they are capable of using these tools effectively and independently.
• Collaborate with business process owners, data owners, and functional teams to identify and validate data requirements.
• Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants and technical teams to define data structures and ensure proper configuration.
• Monitor and report on data migration progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensure data quality standards and compliance with governance policies.
• Oversee testing activities including mock loads, validation cycles, and cutover planning.
• Manage a team of associates ,senior associales, and/or external consultants as required.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data migration best practices.
