As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:

Technical Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in finance and accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration,Finance,orAccounting from a reputable local or overseas university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). A master's or MBA degree from overseas would be an advantage.

• Holding a CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is consideredadvantageous.

• Relevant experience in the following areas, including but not limited to:

• Buy-side and Sell-side M&A Advisory (target search, due diligence, valuation, transaction document review, negotiation).

• Financial modeling.

• Feasibility studies.

• Corporate or group restructuring.

• Debt and financial restructuring.

• Fundraising (debt and equity).

• Initial Public Offerings (IPO).

• Proficiencyin speaking and writing in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Non-Technical Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yearsprofessional ofexperience in major financial advisory firms/related to the offering

• Confidence and maturity.

• Strong analytical and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Team-player attitude.

• Agility and adaptability.
