Join PwC Romania's Transaction Services team and work on high-profile deals.You'llhelp investorsmake some of the most important decisionsthey'llever face, while building a deal-making skillset that few finance professionals develop early in their careers.
Whatyou'lldo
- Perform financial due diligence for acquisitions(buy-side) ordisposals(sell-side).
- Analysefinancial performance,profitability,cash flow, working capital, debt.
- Identifyrisks, opportunities, and key deal considerations.
- Prepare client-ready reports andprovide insights that help clients understand whatthey'rereally investing in.
- Work alongside tax, legal, valuation,M&Aadvisorsand other specialists on complex transactions.
Whatwe'relooking for
- 2–5 years of experience in audit, transaction services, accounting, or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or GenAI tools is an advantage.
- ACCA student status is a plus.
