Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Requirements:

• Good experience in financial risk specially credit risk, market risk and operational risk
• Have a blended experience in banking and consulting company
• Have a strong additional technology and quant background (preferably computer science or math degree) preferably with FRM or CFA certificatioN
• Master/bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Computer Science with preference on statistic or math
• Have good understanding on statistics or math tools such as matlab/SAS/r language/python
• Have some experience or preferably have internship banking or insurance
