Dein Impact

• Du berätst bei der Einführung von kapitalmarktfähigen Reportings. Darüber hinaus leitest du unsere Kunden bei der Umstellung der Rechnungslegung auf Swiss GAAP FER und IFRS an und bist Ansprechpartner zu komplexen Bilanzierungsfragen (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS und Obligationenrecht).
• Du unterstützt die Kunden bei der Aufbereitung von Finanzinformationen insbesondere bei Unternehmenstransaktionen (z.B. Carve-out Financial Statements).
• Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation von Finanz- und Accountingprozessen.
• Durch die Leitung von (Teil)Projekten übernimmst du zunehmend mehr Verantwortung.
• Du entwickelst neue und baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus und unterstützt aktiv den Akquisitionsprozess.

Dein Skill Set

• Du bist Schweizer Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in oder verfügst über einen ähnlichen Abschluss (z.B. eidg. dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling) oder stehst kurz vor dem Abschluss der Ausbildung.
• Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung, der Beratung oder in einer Accounting- und Reportingfunktion mit. Erfahrung im Bereich Konsolidierung bzw. mit Konzernrechnungen sind von Vorteil.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des Rechnungslegungsstandards Swiss GAAP FER und der Rechnungslegung nach Obligationenrecht. IFRS Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
• Vorzugsweise hast du Erfahrung mit BEPS Pillar 2
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Im Weiteren fühlst du dich sicher in der Kommunikation in Englisch.
• Dein Organisationstalent und deine Projektmanagement Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus.
