ETIC, Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics Associate

• Deliver internal and external monthly and quarterly business performance reporting across Alliances, including pipeline, investments, efficiency metrics, funding, and certifications.

• Develop ad hoc and Alliance-specific reports by collaborating with a diverse range of leaders.

• Ensure accurate tagging applicable to Alliances on opportunities in CRM system.

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models that provide real-time visibility into performance and ROI.

• Conduct financial and performance analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, particularly Salesforce and Power Platform tools.

• Translate data insights into concise business recommendations for leadership.

Support business reviews, preparing executive summaries and visual presentations in PowerPoint and M365 tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce, and the Microsoft 365 suite.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, and generate actionable insights.

• 1-3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business performance tracking; consulting or corporate finance background preferred.

• Attention to detail and comfort managing complex datasets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
