Join ourFinancial Services, Risk and Regulation advisory team in Denmark,with morethan100 professionalsdedicated tosupporting ourbanking, pension,insuranceand asset management clients.Within our Risk andRegulation advisory teamyou will help financialservice organisationsaddress critical risk and regulatory challenges. You will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues and collaborate with specialists across PwC’s global network,combining local andinternational insightsto bringleading practices to our clients. Together, we combine deep industry knowledge and diverse perspectives to create practical solutions and lasting impact.
Focus on non-financial risk
As aManager, you will lead client engagements that strengthen non-financial risk management,governanceand controls across the financial services sector. You will work closely with client stakeholders, colleagues in Denmark and specialists across PwC’s global network to translate complex risk and regulatory challenges into practical solutions.
This means thatyou will:
- Leadclientengagements within areas such as operational risk, operational resilience, third-party risk,conduct riskand internal controls.
- Assess,designand implement non-financial risk frameworks, governancearrangementsand control environments.
- Manage project scope, delivery and quality whilemaintainingclear communication with stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and the development of our services.
- Guide and support colleagues,contributing to aninclusive and collaborative team environment.
Contribute with your experiencewithin non-financial risk
We know you cannot do everything in advance. Therefore, the most important thing for us is that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, riskmanagementor another relevant field.
- Bringat least 5 years of experiencein non-financial risk management, such as operational riskor conduct risk managementfrom a bank, insurer, pension provider, assetmanageror another financial institution.
- Have hands-on experienceinnon-financial risk management,including areas such as operational risk and incident management, risk and control assessments, internal control frameworks,governanceand regulatory implementation.Have deep understanding of operational risk, conduct risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Have a strong understanding of control environment design and practical experience conducting operational risk and control assessments, including process,riskand controlmapping.Canlead projects and communicate complex topics clearly to both specialists and senior stakeholders.
- Combine structured problem-solving with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach.
- Enjoy developing client relationships, collaborating acrossdisciplinesand helping colleagues grow.
Experience from consulting or financial services regulation is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Professional fluency in English isrequired; Danish or another Nordic language would be beneficial.
