Our Operational Tax department isgrowingand we are looking for a data-driven professional who wants to make a real impactandeagerto work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Your mission
As a Senior Data Analyst within ourOperationaltaxteam, you will sit at the heart of two dynamic departments and play a key role in turning data and business challenges into concrete, scalable solutions. Concretely, you will:
Drive transformation end-to-end— frominitialanalysis and solution designthrough toimplementation, training, and communication. You will be involved at every stage of automation anddigitalisationprojects, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also adopted and understood by end-users.
Translate business needs into data solutionsby working closely with stakeholders across Operational Tax and Fund Administration. You will take the time to understand their processes, map data flows,identifypain points, and translate their requirements into clear functional and technical specifications that bridge the gap between business and IT.
Analyse, cleanse and modelcomplex datasets to uncover trends, interpret patterns, and support decision-making. From orchestrating data collection across multiple sources to building dashboards and ongoing reports, you will ensure that the right information reaches the right people in a format they can act on.
Visualiseand communicate findingswith clarity and impact — presenting results to stakeholders, discussing action plans, and making sure your analysis leads to concrete next steps rather than sittingina slide deck.
Leverage AI and modern data technologiestoidentifyautomation opportunities, challenge existing processes, and implement proof of concepts that testnew ideasand push the boundaries of what our teams can achieve. You will actively look for new business opportunities and bring your own initiatives to the table.
Let'stalk about you
You will thrive in this role if you:
Hold aMaster's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration with an ITfocus;
Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the financial servicesindustry;
Areproficient in Python and have hands-on experience with datavisualisationtools such as Power BI orQlikView;
Haveworking knowledge of SQL,XMLand data loading processes — and are comfortable navigating complex dataenvironments;
Have a genuine interest in AI technologies and how they can be applied toreal businessproblems;
Communicate with clarity — you can turn a complex analysis into a compelling story for a non-technicalaudience;
Are agile, curious, and proactive — ITIL and/or Agile experience is aplus;
Are fluent in English and French — anyadditionallanguage is a plus.
