The Opportunity
We're looking for Graduates to join our MVD - Derivatives & Valuation team in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, starting Monday 2 November 2026.
Ifyou'renaturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems and want to understand the "why" behind the numbers, this could be the role for you.
Our team works with audit teams and clients to value a wide range of financial instruments, from equities and bonds to derivatives and other complex products. Using market data, financialmodelsand analytical thinking, we help solve challenging valuation problems and provide confidence in decision-making.
You'llgain exposure to a variety of clients,industriesand projects, building both technicalexpertiseand commercial insight. From day one,you'llcontribute to real client work, take ownership of yourdevelopmentand learn from a collaborative, high-performing team that is invested in your success.
What you'll bring
A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Commerce,Scienceor a related quantitative discipline.
Final year student or recent graduate.
Strong academic results.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
An interest in financial markets, valuation,modellingor data-driven decision making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity,initiativeand a willingness to learn.
The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to new challenges.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team.
Confidence using technology, Excel, financialmodelsand emerging AI-enabled tools.
