You’lldevelop your consulting skills in a dynamic, diverse, and fast paced M&A team focused on helping create and capture value throughout an acquisition or a divestiture. Skills & Education:

Enrolled in post-secondary education, preference will be given to students entering their third year of study

Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills, with dataand analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting) to synthesizecomplex information into clear, actionable insights.

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulatenew ideas

Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data,factsand other information to deliver quality to our clients
