Using a combination of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products, we provide effective digital solutions to enable data-driven insights and ease the burden of manual processes so that efforts can instead be channelled into navigating the modern-day Tax landscape.
Youwillwork as part of a team thatdevelopsapplications for internal as well as clients’use.This role offers exciting exposure tocutting-edgetechnologies, helping to shape the future of digital tax solutionsand make a real impact.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Agile in collaboratingwithdiversestakeholdersthroughvariousproject phasesincludingidentifyingopportunities for process improvementsandundertaking risk management checks.
Take charge to drive his/ her own technical skillset learning/ improvement (whether through learning curriculum provided or on the job), to activelycontributetosystems design,implementationand documentationactivities, attendingto both business and technical considerations.
Contribute toprojectplanning and execution ensuring projectobjectivesare met.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Contribute totraining on digital tools,skillsetsand processes, including provide guidance to team members to collectively deliver on work project.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support to end-users including troubleshooting and contributing to knowledge bases.
Valueaddintodelivering high-quality work that aligns with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Education
RecogniseduniversitydegreeinComputer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
Freshgraduates and experienced candidatesmay apply.
Skillset
(Note: Experience obtainedthroughinternshipswill be considered)
Hands on experience in C#, .NET,.NET Coreand/orASP.NET MVC in a multi-tiered architecture and object-oriented development environment.
Experience/Proficiencyin databases, both relational and NoSQL.
Experience/Proficiencywith RESTful web services and consuming data from APIs.
Experience/ProficiencywithMicrosoft Power Platform.
Ability to troubleshoot application systems independently and be an effective team player.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience/Proficiencywith LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, or other numerical programming framework is a plus.
Experience/Proficiencywith Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure,Alteryxor other programming languages is a plus.
Worked withversion control tools such asAzureDevOps or GitHuband CI/CD pipelinesis aplus.
Knowledge in designing ormaintainingworkflow processes in BPM. K2 or Nintex BPM knowledge isa plus.
