Program Manager, Compliance Platform Strategy

The Role

The Program Manager is part of a team that enables Corporate Services Technology to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide an enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates across Compliance. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a group of projects working alongside our Compliance Stakeholders and Corporate Services Technology to ensure they have a solid understanding of Compliance current and future needs. The Program Manager will manage project scope, success measures, maintain a prioritized backlog of deliverables, maintain stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization, communicate program status to leadership and serve as a liaison between strategy and execution. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the program oversight of Digital Compliance technology initiatives. These initiatives will modernize the tools, workflows, reporting, and processes that support our end‑to‑end compliance lifecycle, ensuring they are scalable, data‑driven, and aligned with our future business needs.

The Team

Within the Compliance Platform Strategy team, you will join a group of program managers and business analysts driving technology implementations for our Records and eCommunication program and Compliance Data Technology program. Our mission is to enable the firm to meet evolving regulatory obligations, minimize customer friction, and deliver a future-ready digital compliance platform that supports strategic growth and operational excellence.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or information systems 

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical skills with executive presence

• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across diverse teams and competing priorities

• Planning and execution frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• Translating business needs into actionable workstreams

• Positive attitude and goal-driven

• Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills

The Value You Deliver

• Collaborating and driving discussions with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product

• Assisting in defining and executing Compliance technology strategy roadmaps

• Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

• Solving application related problems, making decisions, completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

• Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure work is aligned with technology strategy and results in maximum value

• Working with end-users to define testing environment and acceptance criteria; explains the criticality of their active involvement in test design and all testing phases

• Defining, creating, and executing test plans and cases; estimating time, effort and resources required

• Drafting key objectives and results, strategies and analyzing the product data to make business decisions

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
