You Have:
5+ years of experience in systems engineering
Experience aggregating and prioritizing joint orcross‑componentcapability development efforts
Experience developing or assessing plans for critical technologies such as autonomous systems, contestedlogistics, or IAMD
Experience applying mission engineering frameworks or modeling and simulation to capability development
Experienceassessingtechnical feasibility, system integration, and interoperability for emerging or complex systems
Experience coordinating withcross‑functionalormulti‑serviceteams
Ability to map capability development directly to specific operational needs and define characteristics of potential solutions
Ability tofacilitatecomponentintegration efforts andidentifyduplicative development and alignservice‑levelcapabilities and technology plans with overarching theater needs and strategic guidance
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Experience conducting technical integration analysis across service components
Experience supportingtheater‑levelor combatant command technology planning
Knowledge ofenterprise‑levelarchitecture,system‑of‑systemsintegration, or joint capability development processes
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
