As an Exercise and Training Plans Analyst, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic to tactical background, and experience in Security Cooperation and Security Force Assistance to collaborate with leaders in plans, exercises, lessons learned, emergency response, and training and technical evaluations for the Army. You’ll use your skills as you analyze, assess, develop plans, and support training and readiness of Soldiers and Units.

You Have:  

• 6+ years of experience with military operations, logistics, or planning

• 3+ years of experience with project management

• 2+ years of experience planning, coordinating, or executing military exercises in a division level HQ or higher

• Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process

• Secret clearance  

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience supporting or working with NATO and Other Multi-National Partners

• Experience developing emergency response plans

• Experience with Security Cooperation and Security Force Assistance

• Experience with Knowledge Management 

• Master’s degree

• Project Management Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
