You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design, space planning, or interior design
• Experience producing comprehensive design packages, including floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules
• Experience with industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit and BIM, or 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp or Rhino
• Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), Life Safety Codes, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including MEP, structural, and civil, to integrate building systems into cohesive designs
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design, space planning, or interior design with commercial, federal, or military projects
• Experience working directly with DoD clients, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)
• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
• Possession of excellent presentation and communication skills, to effectively brief stakeholders and leadership on design concepts
• Top Secret clearance
• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification, Registered Architect (RA) License, or National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
