What you’llbe doing
As a student on our Global Investment Banking team, you will be making a real difference to our clients by helping to provide customized financing and advisory solutions. With offices located in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia, our Global Investment Banking group provides equity and debt underwriting as well as corporate finance advisory services to corporations and institutions through several industry and product groups. This is a great opportunity tobe a part of a group of professionals ranging from Analysts to Managing Directors who are dedicated to advising clients on infrastructure and project finance and mergers and acquisitions.
You will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of analytical, research and presentation preparation support to the team. You’ll be assigned to a variety of transactions and advisory projects such as mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, strategic advisory/alternatives projects and full capital structure solution projects. You’ll gain exposure to working with individuals from various groups across the firm and our team approach to executing coverage and financing assignments is designed to provide progressive on the job training.

The expected annualized base salary for this role is $105,000
The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics or related and you are on track to complete your undergrad program no sooner than August 2027.Please indicate your expected graduation date on your resume.
