What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Transfer Pricing Documentation: Assist in the preparation of the OCBC Group Local File and Group Master File, ensuring timely collection and consolidation of relevant information.
• Service Agreements Management: Support the execution and maintenance of intra-group Service Level Agreements across the Group.
• Intra-group Billing Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of intra-group billings to subsidiaries and branches.
• Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Support the review of intra-group general ledger balances and reconciliations for reporting purposes.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Assist in updating standard operating guides and strengthening documentation processes.
• Data & Repository Management: Maintain and update the transfer pricing central repository to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subsidiaries and branches on tax-related matters, including transfer pricing documentation, compliance tracking, tax fee consolidation, hybrid mismatch assessments, and other regulatory requirements.
• Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to process enhancement, data management, and other tax advisory initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Who You Work With

Group Finance plays a critical role in enabling OCBC's sustainable growth by providing financial stewardship, strategic insights, and governance across the organisation. Within Group Tax Advisory, you'll work alongside specialists responsible for tax governance, planning, incentives, and transfer pricing matters across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that partners closely with business units, finance teams, and stakeholders across the Group to navigate evolving tax regulations and support the bank's business objectives.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• Completed a Taxation module or have foundational knowledge of tax concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Curious and eager to learn about the banking industry and tax advisory work
• Effective communicator who works well with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or Excel VBA/Macros would be an advantage
