Job Summary:

Lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional offshore services to our PRC customers. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives and effective team management.

What you do

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of relationship managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in PRC.
  • Understand client needs and tailor services to meet those requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Service Delivery Oversight:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality offshore services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to assess service delivery effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, compliance) to ensure alignment in service delivery.
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
  • Identify potential risks in client relationships and develop mitigation strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably both in HK and PRC financial services.
• Proven track record of managing teams and developing client relationships in the PRC market.
• Strong understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory environment in PRC.
• Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements
• Possess qualifications of ECF-CRM would be an advantage
