Job Purpose
To deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently handling day-to-day branch transactions, resolving customer enquiries, promoting digital banking adoption, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. The role contributes to a seamless customer experience while maintaining operational excellence and service quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers and understand their banking needs.
Deliver a professional, courteous, and efficient service experience.
Manage customer enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
Resolve service issues at first contact where possible.
Build positive customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
Digital Banking Support
Educate customers on digital banking channels.
Assist customers with mobile banking, internet banking, and ATM services.
Encourage self-service adoption to improve customer convenience.
Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues.
Service Request & Transaction Fulfilment
Handle customers’ requests via in-branch assisted service kiosks for financial and non-financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with bank’s policies, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
Who you are
Diploma or Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, or banking experience is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional service attitude.
Good team player with collaborative mindset.
Ability to multitask under pressure and continuous learning
Fresh graduates with strong customer service aptitude are welcome
