To support MUFG Jakarta FC in delivering the Bank’s strategic project(s), while also ensuring continuity of day-to-day FC tasks/BAU activities without disruption. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of project activities.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments/cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
- Provide administrative and operational support for project-related activities as required.
- Monitor project progress, track action items and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide support for FC functions to maintain FC BAU activities.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree , with FC-AML (esp KYC-background/ FC-System/IT/Data Governance) background.
- Minimal 3 years of experience in banking financial crime area
- Proficient in English, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point.
