Tax Senior Associate - Real Estate Funds & Real Estate Investment Trust

• 2+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4 or a large national, regional or local accounting firm in the real estate industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam, EA
• Ability to work closely with clients and onshore teams to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing returns
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

• CPA & EA
• Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
• Working knowledge of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and compliance
• Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation within the real estate industry; review experience a plus
• Experience in dealing with international tax matters a plus
• Experience in dealing with real estate debt matters a plus
