Job Description Summary

Providesa range of operational and analytical support and/or performs transactions and/or other processing activities within a well-defined functional area. The expected outcome of this program is to provide introductory experience in a professional setting. After successful completion of this program, occupants should be equipped with skills and experiences that contribute to the completion of their studies and prepare them to build a career in their chosen discipline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

• Support successful execution of relevant reporting, operational requests, and relevant transactional requests for the business unit and/or client

• Conductlesscomplex analytics and research, and obtain/share internal and external relevant business/market data

• Assistwith building and reviewing internal models, tools, processes, policies, presentations, and other related materials; challenge team and improve the underlying processes of functional area

• Assistwith various initiatives, as assigned

For Technology Solutions Programs:

• Assistteams with designing and building software, applications, etc. according to business requirements, UX designs, and architectural guidelines, and ensure that high-quality products

SHAREHOLDER

• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity

• Consistently exercise discretion in managing information and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriate

• Access systems, understand and apply system capabilities, ensure information is completedtimelyand accurately

• Update and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations

• Escalate non-standard orhigh riskactivities asdeemedappropriate

• Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions

• Be knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments

• Gathers and analyzes data toidentifyand solve complex problems, escalates asrequired

• Usessound judgement and understanding of process/policy risk when recommending exceptions outsidegeneral practicesor guidelines.

• Generallyinteracts with internal customers / partners for functions performed and/or external customers

• Mayprovideprocess / policy guidance to others (e.g.within team, internal partners)

• Focus of work is weekly,monthlyand/or longer with addition of ad-hoc andinitiative basedrequests, asrequired

• Process subject matter expert in a range of technical processes and procedures through job related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a range of work assignments

• Requires advanced knowledge of the business unit / operational functions as well as regulatory issues/ requirements forjurisdictionssupported

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program

• 1+ years related experience
