Who you will work with
The CoE enhances Bain’s global Customer practice by delivering expertise, speed, and competitive advantage. It co-develops client pitch decks, consulting IP, and Go-to-Market solutions, while delivering projets that help clients unlock value across the full sales value chain and customer journey

Position Summary
This role plays a critical role in driving proposal and client development efforts by partnering with Bain’s leadership, Customer practice (Customer experience Transformation), and subject-matter experts. You will lead high-level discussions with senior stakeholders, bringing strong structured problem-solving, clear points of view, and persuasive storytelling to ambiguous or open-ended commercial situations.
You will demonstrate comfort navigating complexity, translating loosely defined client needs (at times) into sharp commercial narratives, and delivering outputs that directly align with client objectives. While this role is based out of Mexico, it will frequently collaborate with EMEA and India counterparts. In addition, the role will require to work with a high-performing team responsible for proposal development and commercial acceleration.
What you’ll do
- Support client development and commercial acceleration initiatives
- Identify and shape account-level growth opportunities by synthesizing industry dynamics, client business models, competitive positioning, and revenue potential
- Help translate Bain’s Brand, Marketing & Strategy capabilities into differentiated solution approaches for strategic pursuits, including proposals, discussion decks, and RFP/RFI responses
- Collaborate with BCN Project Leader / Manager to deploy & commercialize Bain’s offering internally and externally
- Show comfort in driving open-ended client requests, creating point-of-views, and delivering output aligned with client objectives
- Develop reusable industry perspectives, research syntheses, marquee wins into repeatable success stories and solution assets to support future pursuits and account activation efforts
- Deliver high-quality zero-defect outputs with strong attention to detail, structured problem solving, and effective work planning in fast-paced commercial initiatives
- Use your storylining skills to drive conversations with senior stakeholders
- Assist in operational tasks including leadership updates, business reviews, and maintaining the internal knowledge database
- Maintain structured repositories of research, client insights, and commercial materials to improve knowledge reuse and team efficiency
About you
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field) with 2–5 years of experience, or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) with 1-3 years of experience
- Experience contributing to sales collateral (proposals, pitch decks, RFPs, discussion materials) on topics such as, branding, marketing, sales, customer experience, go-to-market, commercial excellence and growth strategy for clients
- Experience within a Professional Services or within customer and marketing strategy division in the Industry
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is required; familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools and comfort working with marketing or commercial performance data is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated structured problem-solving capability and comfort translating open-ended client asks into clear, actionable outputs
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in commercial strategy, client development, and growth-oriented problem solving
