職務内容 【職務内容/ Job Description】 This role provides a unique opportunity to drive Audit remediation, IT risk mitigation initiatives across the IT department withing organization. Ideal for candidates with strong planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, the position involves developing and maintaining action plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution of Audit issues. It offers visibility to senior leadership and plays a key role in supporting the organization’s Audit and Risk management and operational excellence efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and oversee comprehensive action plans for audit remediation, risk mitigation, ensuring clear deadlines with assigned owners and progress tracking. Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to follow up on task completion and ensure adherence to timelines. Monitor the progress of remediation efforts, identify potential delays or obstacles, and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate regular follow-up meetings to review progress, update action plans, and ensure accountability among owners and stakeholders. Track key risk management activities, supporting the identification of new risks and the development of mitigation plan. Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and upcoming deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams, risk owners, and auditors to ensure alignment and transparency in remediation efforts.
