Job ID: 2026-14185 Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy Development Develop customized portfolio recommendations based on clients’ financial objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity requirement, and investment horizons. Review client portfolios to identify opportunities for diversification, risk mitigation, and performance enhancement through fund selection within the AXA funds universe Assess concentration risk, portfolio exposures, and suitability of investment products to ensure alignment with client objectives Collaborate with the Wealth Advisory Director in designing model portfolios, investment frameworks, and client-specific wealth solutions Sales Support & Relationship Management Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with clients to communicate portfolio performance and recommendations Support business development initiatives by assisting relationship managers in client acquisition and retention efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, relationship managers, and other strategic business partners Prepare client presentations, portfolio review, and market commentary to support sales and advisory activities Act as a trusted investment resource for clients by providing timely guidance and addressing investment related inquiries Contribute to achieving team sales targets through proactive stakeholder servicing and relationship management Market Research and Analysis Monitor global financial markets, economic developments, monetary policy actions, and geopolitical events that may impact clients’ portfolios Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of AXA’s UL funds, including competitor analysis. Produce market updates and portfolio commentary for clients and internal stakeholders Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify portfolio opportunities and portfolio risks Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and industry trends affecting portfolio strategies Translate complex developments into practical portfolio insights and actions for clients and relationship managers Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field Minimum 3-7 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, asset management, financial planning, insurance-based wealth management, or related financial services Demonstrated experience in portfolio reviews, investment recommendations, and client relationship management. Experience working with High-Net-Worth clients is preferred Proven track record in supporting business development, client acquisition, or asset growth initiatives Strong understanding of portfolio constructions, asset allocation, investment products, and risk management principles Knowledge of financial markets and products (equities, fixed-income, UITFs, insurance-linked investments, and alternative investments Strong client presentation and communication skills Ability to explain complex investment concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Interacts, Collaborates and works well with teams
