The Associate Advisor plays a key role in enhancing the client experience while developing the skills and expertise needed for a successful advisory career. ***Candidate selected will attend the office on a full-time basis for the first six months, and then will follow a hybrid model (3x per week). *** Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner directly with experienced Wealth Advisors to provide outstanding financial planning and investment solutions for clients. Help create and refine comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and wealth strategies tailored to clients' unique goals. Participate in client meetings, gain firsthand exposure to advisory conversations, and help drive follow-up actions that support client success. Build significant client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing thoughtful support on financial planning, investment strategies, and account management. Assist with onboarding new clients and facilitating financial transactions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Supervise and analyze client portfolios, helping Advisors implement recommendations and maintain alignment with investment objectives. Maintain accurate client records and documentation while employing CRM tools to deliver best-in-class service. Track account openings, asset transfers, and key achievements to ensure timely execution and a positive client experience. Review account activity and maintenance reports to proactively find opportunities and address client needs. Work alongside Wealth Managers and Client Service professionals in a highly collaborative, development-focused environment. Assist with data analysis, client reporting, and operational initiatives that contribute to the success of the practice. Invest in your professional growth through ongoing mentorship, industry events, training programs, and opportunities to pursue professional certifications. Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Anticipate client and team needs, proactively seeing opportunities and delivering thoughtful, timely solutions. Demonstrate strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities and get results. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while delivering exceptional work in a fast-paced environment. Stay organized and adaptable, effectively handling priorities and making sound decisions with confidence. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, and business partners. Leverage technology to drive efficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with CRM platforms, portfolio management tools, or financial planning software such as eMoney, Nitrogen, or Holistiplan is a plus. The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
