What the day will look like Report to the Director and Head of Construction for the service delivery to clients on major projects and annual programs in Hong Kong, Macau, China and any other country as required. Responsible for client retention and growth in these sectors, new revenue generation and delivery of all of Aon’s capabilities Manage and service the existing clients in a professional manner Explore new business, cross selling and penetration opportunities Business development by responding to tenders, or approaching new prospects or clients. Contribute to the team to achieve business growth Handle placements for new major construction projects and annual contractors insurance programs Oversee technical resource within team for placement, policy wordings and related matters Assist Department Head with business development strategy for acquiring new project and contractor business, and management of business development tracking software programs Work with team members and support them in achievement of the Department’s goals and objectives How this opportunity is different Our teams are highly collaborative, working towards common goals while striving for excellence in the solutions we provide to our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum 10 years working experience in insurance broking or construction field in handling contractors or major construction projects, from preparation of proposals or reports for clients to Contract review and recommendations in relation to risk and insurance issues.
