Senior Business Analyst – Internal Consulting, Operating Model Transformation

What the day will look like In this role, you will support the design and delivery of a multi‑year Operating Model Transformation programme, working closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and solution lines. You will translate strategy into actionable insights and help drive measurable outcomes. Your daily activities may include: Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current processes, organisational structures, and performance drivers Gathering, validating, and interpreting data (e.g. operational metrics, financials, collaborator feedback) to support decision‑making Synthesising complex inputs (such as process maps, interviews, benchmarks) into clear and actionable recommendations Supporting the design of the future operating model, including documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows Preparing materials for senior collaborators, including presentations, reports, and steering committee updates Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Technology, Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance) to ensure alignment and progress Capturing collaborator feedback and incorporating it into solutions, documentation, and build outputs Supporting change activities, including SOPs, training materials, and knowledge sharing How this opportunity is different This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Aon’s strategic transformation agenda.
