Claims Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

Job Summary

Perform Claims Quality Assurance function to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Allianz standards, and claims handling guidelines. Drive continuous improvement in claims quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes through quality reviews, process optimization, and system enhancement initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across Claims, Operations, and IT to support business transformation and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Claims Quality Assurance activities across all claims lines.
• Conduct quality reviews and identify opportunities to improve claims handling standards and compliance.
• Analyze quality trends, root causes, and operational gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Claims Management to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen governance.
• Follow through claims process enhancement and system improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Gather and translate business requirements for claims system developments and enhancements.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews for claims-related projects.
• Monitor key quality and performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational objectives.

 

Key Requirements

• Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Claims, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of claims handling processes, quality assurance methodologies, and insurance operations.
• Experience in business process improvement, system enhancement, or project implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
