In this role you will support the Senior Management on administrative tasks related to Architecture, IAM and related domains.

What you will do :

• Collaboration with different teams across the organization like AZ Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Service Owners
• Understand the organization's ecosystem and its interdependencie
• Collect, organize, and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up action items, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Provide administrative support for projects, including tracking progress and coordinating inputs from team members
• Develop and deliver effective training materials and workshops to educate end-users on functionalities and best practices

What you bring :

• Enthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively technology and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technology issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Ability to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented
• Passioned for modern technology – e.g., AI, big data, analytics, cloud, serverless, event-driven
• Project management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment 

You have :

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people
• Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices; business, application, data, security, infrastructure, microservices, and governance
• Broad exposure to the full application lifecycle, ensuring effective use of industry best practice and/or methodologies
• Nice to have experience with RSA Archer & ServiceNow
• Fluent in English with international exposure
