- Youhavesuccessfullycompleted a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relatedfield
- Youhave at least 2–4 yearsof relevant experience in IT consulting, the industry, ortechnology-driventransformationprojects in the consumergoodssector
- Youhave a solid understandingof the processes, businessmodels, and IT systemsofconsumergoodscompanies, aswellas—ideally—initialexpertise in one ormoredomains such ase-commerce, logistics, productlifecyclemanagement, orsales
- Youunderstand the conceptsbehindtopics such asagentic AI, omnichannel, cloud, DevOps, dataplatforms, agile methods, and ERP modernization
- Youenjoytacklingcomplex digital challenges and arepassionateaboutdeveloping and communicatingsolutions at the intersectionofbusiness and technology
- Youthrive in interdisciplinaryteams and global contexts and are happy tobe flexible and willingtotravel
- You can confidentlyunderstand and communicatecomplextopics in both German and English
