What You'll Do

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare client contracts after receiving the proposal from the operations team

• Review the scope of work and the financial terms of contracts

• Coordinate end-to-end with all stakeholders (Senior Team, clients, vendors/service providers, legal teams) through to final contract signature

• Follow up internally and externally to speed up the signature process for client and supplier contracts

• Screen/evaluate new vendors/service providers

• Monitor and follow up on invoicing and collections to reduce payment delays

• Fluency in French and English

• Strong work ethic and service orientation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and operate efficiently within an organization

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality
