Within the Paris office, we are offering a position for a M&A Vice President, specialized in the Consumer sector.
We’ll trust you to:
- Manage public/private deals
- Interact with client senior executives
- Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
- Lead origination and business development efforts
- Support financial analyses and creation of models
- Prepare and create client presentations and marketing materials
- Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the overall team (across junior development, recruitment, etc.)
You’ll need to have:
- At least 5 years of Investment Banking experience and/or Corporate M&A from Tier 1 bank or a top boutique
- Meaningful exposure to and passion for the Consumer sector
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement
- Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers
- Strong client and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in French and English
