Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered. If hired, the employee will be in an “at will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payments or compensation programs) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Independently perform and review daily OTC derivatives operational activities, including trade capture, lifecycle processing, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve complex breaks or exceptions, performing root-cause analysis and proposing preventative actions.
• Escalate material issues, delivery risks, or potential client impacts clearly and promptly.
• Support daily operational sign-off activities by ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeliness, and control standards.
• Act as a subject-matter resource for Analysts, providing guidance on processes, investigations, and control expectations.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, control descriptions, and audit-ready evidence.
• Support onboarding of new clients, products, or strategies, including parallel runs and controlled go-live activities.
• Participate in UAT, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives, including automation or workflow changes.
• Build strong working relationships with partner teams including Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Pricing, Technology, and Client Service.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Solid experience in OTC derivatives operations within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of derivative trade lifecycle events and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a production environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong risk and control mindset with sound judgement around escalation and issue ownership.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with data analysis or ETL tools beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
