| | - Providing Architectural & Engineering services to Mashreq & MGN Egypt for Interior & Constructional Projects
Lead the preparation of the planning, design and project management to ensure successful and timely execution of the projects. Prepare the overall projects plan objectives, master project schedule and financials, including project budget and work with the customer to ensure satisfactory delivery of the project. Lead, assemble and coordinate the project team including the consultants and contractors. Manage outsourced resources (project managers, architects, designers, construction crews, etc.) to achieve successful completion of the project. Comply with Mashreq’s policies for tendering and managing vendor activity and performance to ensure compliance with the overall objectives of the project (project objectives, costs, standards, and schedules) to ensure compliance with planned expenditure. (Ensuring compliance with Mashreqbank operating policies and procedures, health and environmental standards and with all related local regulations) Based on the request from Business/RE Team, conduct the site visit to verify the site conditions and available infrastructure of new development projects (rented and owned) Preparing the estimate budget, approvals and sign off by the delegated proper business approvals prior to any commitments. Plan and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful and timely execution of the projects, along with cost management. Coordination between various internal (IT, marketing, digital, branch operations, safety and security, cash management) and external parties (vendors, project managers, architects, contractors, government bodies) to achieve successful completion of the project Manage and supervise the construction work, maintaining the progress against the approved schedules to achieve its objective in line with the goal of Admin. Dept. Ensure all contractual obligations are clear as to scope of work etc. and terms and conditions cover Mashreq Bank’s interests. Working on Green projects, along with the LEED Consultant to incorporate the usage of FSC certified products, low VOC content materials, recycled content etc. that will lead to a healthy environment, conserve energy and reduce pollution etc. Delivering prompt and accurate services in professional manner to keep the branches and premises at excellent satisfaction. Oversee technical management of all Fit out services, to ensure the required quality, standards and best practices are implemented and exceeded where possible. Value Engineer projects to get the optimum result / output, financially & operationally. Render technical support in implementing new digital concept offices and Branch fit out projects across Egypt and abroad as required Perform inspections for bank's premises to ensure the quality of services provided. Support in Handling and following up on requests and complaints related to facilities management within the bank premises. Support in Coordination between the demand and supply of and consumables (related to FM) within the bank premises Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, environmental, and safety standards, and proactively manage project risks. Support to Maintain, control and operate bank's 24/7 main Data centers and UPS equipment’s’ with zero downtime. Oversee and direct external resources, including external project managers, architects, and contractors, to achieve successful project completion Ensure all project deliverables are met and formally signed off, and facilitate a smooth handover to relevant operational teams.

Best services to be provided in all aspects by keeping in mind the total budget, quality of deliverables and the turnaround time required/available to complete the project. As support/service always maintain appropriate coordination standard with external, internal customers at all levels. The success of the job depends on understanding the corporate reality and administrative needs of business. | 8 | Knowledge, Skills and Experience |
| | Bachelor’s degree in Architect/ Civil Engineering from a reputed University. Must be computer literate preferably with MS Project / Auto Cad, etc. Experience for minimum 8 years in Project Management of Building out of which at least 2 years especially as client’s representative or consultant’s representative at the building construction sites, processing and certifying of contractor’s progress payments. Good Organization, planning and time management skills Ability to work in a team creating the best possible work environment. Proven leadership skills along with strong inter-personnel, communication & organizational skills. Familiar with local market dynamics and regional/ international in general. Excellent command over spoken / written English.
