What you'll do
You will lead C-suite executives in problem-solving on their key issues and provide actionable recommendations, cultivate client relationships and drive business development efforts.
You will be an important source of intellectual insight into client projects, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value.
You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building, leading confirmed engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation, managing and developing strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work.
You will provide inspirational leadership on multiple dimensions to the clients as well as to the broader McKinsey community by being a mentor and an advisor to developing consultants.
As a member of McKinsey’s global network, you will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists as well as developing world-class knowledge.
Within the firm, you will play the role of an entrepreneur who reinvents McKinsey and opens new opportunities for client impact.
You will grow your expertise and develop into a leader, building your own McKinsey story by having the opportunity to learn and grow in the areas you are most interested in and shaping your own journey beyond your core skillset.
Your background
- 10+ years of work experience in advising and serving clients in the TMT sector (preferably) with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact
- Able to lead and influence individuals and multiple stakeholders from different levels and backgrounds by tailoring approach
- Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can manage innovation
- A demonstrated commitment to mentoring and developing teams of high-performing consultants by being an inspiring leader who earns the respect of colleagues and builds followership
