What you'll do
You will help clients to change industries, transform business models, and create competitive advantages.
You will work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. You will advise some of the largest, most innovative companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking and finance.
As part of your daily work you will gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree and/or Masters, MBA, PhD with engineering background (chemical, geology, geoscience, industrial)
- Proven experience in upstream Oil and Gas operations, including exploration, production, and reservoir management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to untangle complex issues
- Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills
- Quantitative aptitude
- Ability to take initiative and eagerness to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks
- Native level language skills in Portuguese with fluent level language skills in English
